Why do I never get the samples I order?

I’ve placed 4 orders in the last week and of all of those orders, I got ONE of the samples I requested, so 1/12. It didn’t used to be like this! I end up using those samples to try new scents and products and often end up purchasing after, so it’s disappointing that what I request is never sent. Why is this happening? It didn’t seem to be an issue 3-4 years ago.

Same!! I always just get perfume samples no matter what I choose 😕
