Why didn't I receive any free samples?

I added my samples and they were reflected in my order and they were marked as "Shipped" but I didn't receive any.  I was hoping to include them with the gifts I purchased and was very disappointed when they didn't weren't in the box. What can I do?

Got no samples in my order today so i called and they gave me beauty points. I did rant for a little bit and they told me that they are aware that there is a problem. This has been going on now for at least 6-7 months so let’s forget the excuse about the holiday rush. Get it sorted out Sephora we know you are better than this.

I would call customer support. I experienced a similar issue and just called, they gave me some free beauty points. Hope this helps 😄

this has happened to me a few times during the holiday rush as well
