Why are we having this issue with samples AGAIN?

A huge reason I have continued to shop with Sephora despite living at least 30 minutes away from the closest Sephora is the perks of the experience. I make sure and reach ROGUE because of the bonuses I receive and I order online because half the fun is receiving samples and things that I can try before I purchase the full size.. which I then often do. But like others I have noticed the decline in customer service, in available product but most of all in the availability of samples you offer when we order. I find this SO irritating. Please STOP offering samples you don’t have. You stopped allowing us to chose 3 samples and cut it to two stating that would allow you to ensure we got what we requested and ensure availability. For me it’s what i most look forward to and my last order I waited until they had perfume samples I wanted to place the order.. then none of what I requested came. I spend a crazy amount of money so that I can test a tiny vial of perfume so it doesn’t seem like that big of deal to offer to us. I’ve been a loyal customer since first visiting Sephora in France in the 90’s... and I keep trying to order from you. Please consider fixing this problem permanently as its always an issue. Thank you!!! 😘🤗
