Why are my shipped orders not shown anywhere?

I made a few orders at different times the past day. All my in store pickups sent me a confirmation email and show in my orders tab in the app. The two shipping orders I did never sent me a confirmation email and it doesn’t show up in my orders in the app. I have no clue what’s going on and I feel like one of them I might of ordered it 3 times because it shows as if I didn’t. Once I purchased these items it showed me a “Thank you” and then said “your order number is”, but there was no order number either. What is going on?? And I can’t check to see my balance of my Sephora card to see if it charged me for extra orders because I don’t have my card yet with my card information. Someone please help!
