Why all my points disappear?

I just checked my account and my points is 0!! Why can help me?😩

Hi @guiigui0077 @naffy85, I took a look at your accounts and everything looks fine and your points are there.  I recommend logging out and logging back into your accounts.  I hope this helps!

Same with me, I had over 6k points & now it shows 0. I've emailed customer support about this.
