Why Are Almost All of the Free Samples Unavailable?

For months now I have had trouble adding free samples on the app. It allows me to select them but then when I try to hit "done" to add them to my cart they won't add? I think its because they are unavailable but it doesn't tell you this. I updated the app and this didn't help. When I order through the website I can add the free samples but almost all of them are unavailable. Sephora used to be so awesome for the free samples, its super unreliable now and not that exciting as you don't really know what you'll get if anything. What is going on?

Same thing for me, it’s been months I’ve had trouble, sometimes closing the app and restarting works but today not a chance on the app, tried to go to website and logged in.. still not able to add, it’s almost like the order button won’t recognize submitting and if you cancel, it cancels your picks , so frustrating

@TDIH I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding samples. Can you please let me know which samples you are having trouble with, any error messages you are receiving and whether you are using our desktop, mobile site or app?
