Who else has been experiencing this?

I'm not sure what's been going on, but for my past at least 10 orders, the samples I receive are nothing like what I requested. Or I don't even get any samples at all despite me ordering them. It's upsetting when a deep skinned customer receives random foundation samples for fair skin. It's like someone just thoughtlessly throws stuff in there. I used to be able to count on sephora to package the samples I requested. I let it slide the first few times, but at the 10th, I feel I need to say something. This is an unfair way to treat a paying, loyal customer. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?

Hi @Aduke32. I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with our 3 complimentary samples. Samples may be substituted if they are out of stock and clients may receive a complexion sample that isn't specific to your shade. I'll send you a private message so I can look into this for you.
