Where to see my shared 20% off code?

My friend is a rouge, and she invited me through her link, so I can also get a one-time 20% off by October 31. I successfully claimed the code and then clicked my cart to check. However, after I return, I can never see that page again, nor the code I got. It only shows "something went wrong and I need to reach out to the person who send me the link." Thus, I asked my friend to send me the link again and I still cannot open it. It just keeps telling me something went wrong. Can anyone tell me where I can see that code again?
