Where’s my review?

I wrote a review for the clarins firming day cream and it’s still not posted! I wrote it many days ago and I need to take a screenshot to submit as proof that I posted it in exchange for the sample I got! Can someone pls look into this and make sure it’s posted ASAP? My deadline is just a couple days away

@Chany101, it looks like an error occurred and this has been corrected. You should be able to see your review on the site within 48 hours. The review date is 2/26/25. In the future, we kindly recommend leaving your review on the > https://www.sephora.com/ca/fr/ website.

Hi, it’s been more than 48 hours and still no review post. What is happening? at this point can you send me a screenshot of it so i can send that on to the brand as proof i've written one and am waiting for it to go live?

@Chany101 This review has been approved and you should see it on the product page. It does post under the submission date, so you may have to scroll back or use the filters to narrow it down.
