Where is the Lot Code on my Clarisonic?

Purchased the Mia Smart 3-in-1 from Sephora, the Lot Code is not on the bottom of the handle like Clarisonic’s website suggests. Trying to register my device to activate the warranty. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm currently having issues registering my Mia Smart on the Clarisonic app. I bought mine off of Clarisonic.com directly. ~ The LOT code is supposed to be a 9 digit number located on the left side of the brush head of the device. The 181/182 number. ~
