Where is the 15% off coupon code

Why do customers have to seek out a promo code that is promised to be sent to them and are told we would be reminded about. I don’t understand why this is happening again, emails were not sent the last time this promo was run.

I totally agree with you. That was why I sent message regarding this as well and what they said yesterday was: “Clients who qualified for the 15% off promotion can expect to receive the email with the code tomorrow” I mean..hello? You guys sent email with the code first, delete the code and then telling me like that? I was like oh WOW
