Where is my Sephora order?

Hi Sephora. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but there was a shipping status ‘Exception’. I was home all day yesterday and no one came to the door. It also said ‘Parcel with FleetOptics’ or something like that, isn’t the courier Canada Post? Been ordering thru Sephora app since March this year and never had a problem with Canada Post. Could anyone help me with this matter?
