Where is my 15% off???

I made a purchase right on the 10th of February because I received an email for a promo Sephora was running so I could redeem  15% off this weekend,I believe I specifically remember because I thought to myself I had better makes those purchases that were sitting in my cart so I could get the 15% off later. I have not received my code at all!!! I have items in my cart and customer service can check my account to see that I did indeed make a purchase on that date. Do I just miss out on the promo? I did make the required purchase, so what is up with that Sephora??? Could someone please let me know what has happened??

So I checked my messages and what your telling me is to go ahead and place my large order and you'll charge my credit card , then I am supposed to contact Sephora by telephone, so that Sephora can then apply a 15% credit retroactively?  OR I can just spend a hour or so waiting to place my order via telephone, like the however many 1000's of other customers that receive this response were told to do. What kind of BS is that???

I made the order on the 9th of February BECAUSE I was told via a SEPHORA PROMO email that I would receive a 15 % off code on a future order made  Feb.20-24 or so (Not exactly sure on the dates to the day). I was not told that part of the deal was that I would have to "contact anyone" by phone or anything else!! I should not even have to be writing this right now at 11:00 at night, chasing a discount that was PROMOTED and promised me for making a previous purchase. Nor was I told that my "discount" would be applied "retroactively" in that PROMO email. Could I please just have a code. I don't have the time, nor the inclination, to be spending my time on the phone trying to get something that was PROMOTED to me directly to encourage my REPEAT business. Then Sephora has the nerve to word their response to my inquiry email like an apology, "AS an apology". So what exactly are you apologizing for? Screwing up the promo code for everyone that qualified, not informing your customers that they would have to spend their valuable time chasing their discount via telephone at the time of the promotion or just hoping that people wouldn't notice the screw up to begin with?

Same thing happened to me!!! Sephora is out here straight scamming people!!!! This Is why everyone is starting to shop at ulta instead. I have been trying to deal with customer service and no luck. They need to just give us a promo code they told us we were going to receive in the first place!!!
