Where is chat?

I’ve tried for days and there is no possible chat. You can’t email Sephora. Why do we have to wait while every single thing is gone. Why can’t everyone start at once and we il just get the % we get?  I don’t like being blocked. I need to talk to someone asap! I need someone from chat and they can’t hang up on me. Where are you where it squeal email? You never respond. Grow up and if you want this company. Answer me. Nicole Krug

I have emailed customer service twice about an issue and no one has gotten back to me. It’s has been months. There is no chat in this app either so I cannot get in touch with someone. Thank you.
