Where did customer service go?

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order. It’s still sitting at the warehouse. Chat isn’t working for some reason:  “We can not connect”. 

Would gladly cancel, but there is no such option. 

Feel like I gifted my money to Sephora. 


Extremely disappointing.

@nokabuki I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble connecting with live chat and that your order has been delayed. I will be happy to look into this for you.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order number or you can contact us by phone at 1-877-737-4672. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
