Where did all my points go?

I ordered from sephora like a week ago and i had about 60 points at that point and i noticed now all of my points are gone??? I thought it might be a glitch but i literally have 0 points now. Am i missing something??? Do points expire out of nowhere???

Points expire if you don’t shop within a year I believe but if that isn’t the case for you, I would contact customer support to figure out what happened to your points. They can be reached via the Customer Support thread, phone and email. Best of luck!
