Where are my samples?

I just received my Sephora order today and my requested samples are not included. In fact, I got no samples at all. Why does Sephora offer pick 3 with purchase and then not follow through? This is the second time this has happened with my order. I can see substituting items but sending no samples at all? The first sign that a company no longer cares is poor customer service. The Ulta which just opened near me is looking better and better. I have really been disappointed with Sephora lately.
