Where are my samples!?

I received two orders today. There was 1 sample in 1 box. Thats it! Where are my other 5 samples. Its not something I selected. Stop sending me samples I didn't choose. They just get thrown away and some one that did select it is now out of luck. Despite the fact the samples were available long after my order was placed, I got nothing. Out of the 4 or 5 orders I've placed in the past month I have yet to receive 1 single sample I selected, or none at all. Sephora has said several times it's "working" on this issue. Yet nearly a year later and it's still a problem. Where are my samples!? I spend a lot of money with you and I expect to get what was selected. Why is this issue still and issue. If your competitors can get this right why can't you!?
