Where are my free samples

This is the 2nd order I’ve made and not received my samples. I must say Sephora is really starting to go down hill. I guess I should just be glad my order wasn’t cancelled, like it is every other time I order. There should be a button to click near my order to report my missing items, but of course there isn’t, otherwise someone might have to display a little customer service. Ugh. Why???? I used to love this place.
