Where are my 3 free samples sephora?!!

This is the second time I ordered online but first time getting samples from Sephora and I'm very disappointed! The 3 free samples and the promo FACENERGY that I ordered didn't arrive 😡. I recently found out sephora gives us the opportunity to order samples to test out products but when you take the time to select the specific ones you want and not get what you were promised  is very misleading. I really hope Sephora gets it together!

What I do if samples are entirely missing, or a promo is missing, is contact Sephora Customer Service by Live Chat,  telephone call to Sephora Customer Service, or email to Customer Service.  Down at the bottom of the page on the Sephora website in the black area,  is Contact Us, which tells you how to contact Customer Service.  They usually give you points toward Perks or Rewards to make up for the missing samples or promos.  Getting the samples that you request isn't always promised, Sephora can make substitutes if necessary.
