I feel that I waste my time choosing the samples I really want to try because when my order is delivered I always have random samples in my box! Am I the only one this is happening to!?

Same problem. Messaged them on Facebook. I they came back with a whole 75 points. I said thanks but no They agreed and they sent me one of the festival bags ((12 samples)). Speak out. Dont let them get away with this. If we do I think they will make sure are getting there samples!!!

Happens to me too - it’s usually the ones I want most that aren’t in the box!!!! Grrrrr:(
