When will Sephora drop LaserShip?

Let me preface this with the fact that Sephora has been nothing but great to me every time I have complained about LaserShip so I hold no ill-will toward Sephora but I need to ask:

WHY DO YOU STILL USE LASERSHIP? They consistently mark undelivered packages as delivered and this has happened to me multiple times. I've also had them literally throw my package at me (it hit the ground with an $80 Viseart palette in it) as the guy would not get out of the car. 

They have a history of complaints and their BBB profile and reviews are a joke. They never respond to direct complaints to them - Sephora always picks up their slack in my cases... PLEASE, I respectfully ask you to drop them. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
