When returning an online order, do I return my birthday reward as well?

I am returning an order that contained 2 items I purchased, 1 birthday reward, 1 free trial size item and 2 free samples. I believe the trial size item was due to meeting a certain minimum, so fairly certain I should return that. But do I also return my birthday reward? Also, what about the two samples?

You do not need to return any of the samples, promotions, or birthday gift!
