When does the Rouge Reward Email Come Through?

I snagged a Rouge Reward today in exchange for 2500 points that I’ve been saving for more than a year now! But I haven’t received an email with the code/reward yet. I got the confirmation email when I purchased it on the app and it still says “In Progress”. In how much time should I expect the email to come through?

 

Also as seen previously in the community posts, a lot of people face issues with the Rouge Reward. So in case this email doesn’t come through or my order gets cancelled on Sephora’s end due to no stock, will I receive a refund of points?

 

Sorry, this is my first time actually attempting to claim this reward so I have a lot of questions!

Like @itsfi said, check your email and in your spam folder. Mine have come through anywhere between 3 mins to a couple of hours. Given all that is happening with the site and the sale event, I wouldn't be surprised if it took hours. If you do not receive an email from Sephora within the next 24 hrs, call the Rouge hotline. They are VERY helpful.

@SnigBee, congrats on getting your hands on a Rouge Reward! The email usually comes pretty quickly after you’ve redeemed the reward but there’s a lot of traffic to the site with the sale so it may take a little longer.  

 

If it were me, I’d be a little anxious as I would want to know I have my Reward; maybe check back in a couple of hours to see if the status has changed from “In Progress” to “Delivered”. Also in a couple of hours, check your email, including junk or spam folder just in case. If you still haven’t received any delivery confirmation, call or message Customer Service to see if there’s just been a longer delay on their end.
