Wheels in Motion 2026 Donation Request

My name is Meghan Sweeney, and I am a graduate Physical Therapy student at Quinnipiac University. I’m reaching out on behalf of EQUIP Rehabilitation regarding our 8th Annual Wheels in Motion 3v3 Wheelchair Basketball Tournament. This annual event raises funds for adaptive sports programs that provide athletes with disabilities the opportunity to compete, connect with others, and participate in high-level athletics. These programs face significant expenses, including travel costs and ongoing wheelchair and equipment maintenance, making fundraising efforts essential.

As part of the event, Quinnipiac Physical Therapy students organize themed raffle baskets to raise additional funds. We are reaching out because we believe products or donations from Sephora would generate great interest and make a wonderful addition to our raffle baskets. We are seeking support in the form of gift cards, products, services, exclusive offers, or monetary donations.

Would your business be willing to contribute a donation for one of our raffle baskets? In appreciation of your support, we would proudly recognize your business in our event materials and social media as a valued community partner.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, and we are collecting donations through October 1st. We would also be happy to arrange pickup at your convenience.
