Why they never give samples when buying in the store?? I always have to beg and they always say they don’t have!! Smh

Why sephora??? Got my order today and guess what isn't in the box, again.... No samples! I get samples run out, but y'all put nothing at all.. So frustrating!

Hi @jacksonannie As our stores can make custom samples, they may not have many premade samples available. If there is something you would like to try, I recommend asking a Cast Member to make you a sample.
