What’s up with only 2 free samples?!?

Why are we getting only 2 free samples? Why are they all stupid concealers and perfumes? Sephora is really cheaping out! They consistently show that they do not value our business. I’m starting to go directly to the brand and in some cases, eBay. What’s the use of buying here if they don’t include gifts or samples I’ve selected or the selection is crap. Shame on you, Sephora.

Lame, Laurie, very lame. We’ve noticed the gifts, bonuses, and samples have gotten cheaper and cheaper. I’m pretty much done with Sephora. Brands offer GWP and samples. They usually make sure you get the ones you choose, too, unlike LameSephora. 🙄
