What’s up with not allowing honest reviews?

I’ve recently written a review for the Besame Snow White compact powder. I gave it two stars and praised the product itself, and gave it low rating for the packaging. I didn’t violate any terms, just gave an objective and HONEST opinion. It’s been more than 72 hours. If reviews do not violate policies, they should go up. How can people know if there are ones deleted or not allowed to go up? How do brands learn to improve with skewed reviews? Even the brands website leaves up not so glowing reviews.

RE: What’s up with not allowing honest reviews?

I don’t think it’s personal. I wrote two reviews last week for the Diorskin foundation and Becca primer and they are not up yet even though I gave 5 stars to both. It’s probably just because it’s holiday season, they should get posted soon 🙂

RE: What’s up with not allowing honest reviews?

I didn’t think it personal, just that I’ve heard that only a few less than stellar reviews make the cut and they siphon out the rest. I hope that’s not true. Thanks for your response, I do agree it could be a holiday hold up. ❤️
