What’s going on, Sephora? You are broken.

Hey Sephora, used to love you but not so sure anymore. Samples are missed in orders, can’t contact you on chat ever, it takes 2-3 weeks to receive my orders, if I even get them at ALL (I’m not in the sticks, I’m in a major city!) even though my package is express deliver.  Your carrier Fleet Optics is the worst (they drop off packages at wrong places, lose packages, don’t communicate when you try a contact them).  What’s going on??
