A color iq is a guide that helps you determine possible "shade-matching" foundations and concealers to your undertone and depth. It is not a perfect absolute match but provides a good starting point to try out different foundations. To determine your color iq, just ask a Sephora cast member the next time you are in stores. They are equipped with a handheld device that can capture your "shade" and "match" you to a four-digit code. You can then use the code in-stores or online to help minimize your selection. However, just remember that the color iq does not yield a perfect match so it is best that you still swatch test the selection on your face and neck @Melisa99.
