What is the issue with the warehouses?

My orders have been coming with the products either damaged or open. I am missing items in the kits. I am not receiving samples. I am so close to cutting ties with Sephora. These incidents are unacceptable. I expect better from Sephora. I can always purchase my items directly from the company’s website. I am extremely fed up and I’m getting really tired of having to call customer service, only to speak to a foreigner. Y’all are on a probationary period with me and if things don’t get better, I am moving on!
