What is taking my order so long!?!

I placed 2 separate orders during the 20% off sale and was informed that processing was going to take longer than usual due to the high volume of orders. The first one I placed on 11/14. The second I placed on 11/15. I FINALLY received a tracking number for my order placed on 11/15 but the first order I placed a day earlier still says it’s in progress. Also- I’m a VIB Rouge which means I should receive 3 day shipping at no additional charge but the first order says it’s going to be shipped via Standard Ground AND the second order shipped via UPS but tracking says it won’t arrive until 11/29- that’s NOT 3 Day shipping!! I love Sephora but I always end up extremely frustrated when I order online and this experience has been the absolute worst!
