What is going on?!?

Is anyone else NOT able to process their order bc of not being able to put your zipcode and state in? My info has ALWAYS been the same and never do i have to edit,just order..right now its not letting me type #s in for my zipcode! AND omg im getting REALLY frustrated that my beauty points keep disappearing right in front of my eyes. Example-iv had 1064 since my last order on the 2nd...i put 2 100 point rewards in my order just a bit ago and watched it go from 1064 to 960 then after placing that 2nd 100 point reward it should have been at 864 but is now 830! What is going on and can someone please help me as iv already had problems in my last 3 orders and been very understanding even when spoken to ab resolving the issue then left hanging...I just wrote a "book" on FB bragging ab Sephora to ULTA fans including Sephoras online experiences then come to order and this happens? Why?
