What has happened to Sephora?

My Sephora orders have dropped over the past two years quite a bit. I ordered during last year's big sale and the shipment was horribly delayed so that the 20% discount wasn't worth it (though I did get everything eventually). I'm VIB Rouge and have been for years, having spent tens of thousands of $ with Sephora. When the shipment was off last year, I started going to other online sites because most of the times, I can find the product for less money elsewhere, and I really don't need more samples. But this year, we had the big 20% off sale again, and like a sucker, I bit and ordered a few hundred $ of product. After waiting for 2 weeks, it finally arrived, though my shampoo had exploded over everything. Now I'm on the phone with customer service and have been waiting for nearly a half an hour by now. They lost a lot of my business over the past year, but it's still a bummer to see how much this company has gone downhill.

finally got through and they issued me a refund. So that's good. But ain't no one's got time for this...
