What happened to emails?

I've seen other threads on this -- that Sephora emails just vanish. I have not been receiving emails for months (at least) meaning you're probably missing out on more purchases from me. This happened before, and I thought maybe it was my Comcast email -- sometimes Comcast just stops delivering even from subscribed emails -- but I switched to my gmail account and now we have the same problem. How can we fix this?

So after all this time, I am still not receiving Sephora emails (except today's automated emails specifically related to my forum posts, not any connected with events or sales). Since I see other members have the same problem, according to the forum, it's clearly an issue on Sephora's end. (I have my email set to send all junk to my device, rather than hold it on the server, and I check spam folders daily. Nothing from Sephora.)

I would not know about the dates of the spring sale if not for snail mail. I also see via snail mail that I am no longer a Rouge member. Let me just point out that if I had been getting communication from Sephora, I would have been buying more regularly. I don't have the time to check Sephora's app or website all the time. 

So I'm not a happy shopper. I'm buying more at Ulta and Amazon these days. I get communication from them.
