What happened to Sephora service?!

it’s not the 1st time when I get damaged or used products! Half of the hair oil was spilled out damaging a lot of merchandise coming in the same box. The face cream is noticeably used! 

and this is for rouge clients? 
there is a limit of returning merchandise back to the store, why I am made to return it all?? It is not my fault.
