What does shipped mean?

Husband here using wife's account. I ordered a bunch of things for her birthday on the 11th on the 2nd. I completely forgot about it and now I am wondering what happened. The order says "shipped" but I am 99% positive it hasn't arrived. Then I saw that "shipped" means it left the warehouse but does that mean it has also been delivered? Please help.
