What Samples

The last 3-4 orders I have placed on Sephora.com have arrived with no samples or 1-2 samples that I did NOT select. Why waste my time selecting samples and deducting 100 points for things I requested but never got! Very frustrating and not up to Sephora standards or my expectations.
