Welcome to VIB order

I just received my welcome to VIB order and the sample bag that I had requested was not included. I understand if it was out of stock, but it should’ve been substituted. The sample bags or deluxe sized samples are one of the reasons I order online from Sephora. It’s certainly not for the fast shipping times. In addition, with regard to the other three samples, I did not get anything that I requested, which I’m usually ok with. But they gave me a single use shampoo and conditioner as TWO samples and then the other, the Kat Von D setting spray, I would try, but I got the packaging with no spray. It’s not a very nice welcome to VIB, especially considering I only opened my Sephora insider account a month ago. Sephora is supposed to be an upscale beauty store with perks. Sure doesn’t seem like it.
