Welcome kit

Hello I don’t know who’s telling the truth,I sent an email to sephora customer service yesterday regarding to new vib and he said that I have a welcome kit but unfortunately he can’t send the email about that,and now I called the customer service and he said that I’m not able to claim the welcome kit because thats for the rouge member who spent $1000 and up.. So which is the truth ??
