Website issues

I'm super unimpressed with your website Sephora. For months now, I've had issues navigating using both Safari and Chrome. The only way I can access your website is if I switch to incognito mode on Chrome. Also, I noticed reviews are available anymore? I've read other users have had the same issues? For a multi-million dollar company, I would think this would be priority for you to fix.
