Website issues on new page

Is anyone else having constant issues on the "new" page? It just shows up blank for me no matter what category I select (makeup, skincare,etc.) and it does this on every browser and even in mobile app. weird thing is I can browse regular non-new categories and search for individual products. But i want to see what's new and I can't! it's so frustrating

I have been having this exact same issue! My search engine is Safari which is supposedly supposed to work for Sephora’s website. What is weird is that once in a while it works fine. When it doesn’t, I order my products from Nordstrom’s. It’s irritating and I may not even bother trying to order from Sephora anymore.
