Website is HORRIBLE

THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE WHEN I ATTEMPT TO SHOP ONLINE... BUTTONS DON'T WORK, CAN'T GET TO CHECKOUT SCREEN, SOMETIMES YOU CAN'T SEE PICTURES OF THE PRODUCTS?!?!?! SEPHORA IS WAY TOO BIG AND KNOWN TO BE HAVING THESE KINDS OF ISSUES WITH A WEBSITE. SO FRUSTRATING...SMH.

Today is 10/28/23. I have spent 20 minutes clearing my browser, closing, reopening, going back and forth logging into and out of Sephora on Safari and then into Sephora on Chrome. I can't click anything, or it lets me finally click into a product just to not be able to select the product. Over and over and over again nothing works.  Question Sephora how much money are you leaving on the table because people give up and leave and buy somewhere else? Cause I'm about to and this is ridiculous and in 2023 utterly bad business practices to have such a notoriously impossible website to work with.
