Website does not work with Safari

The site must have been updated this week. I was fine for years but suddenly NO pages load. I am on an Ipad Pro OS 14.4 using the latest Safari. Deleted all sephora cookies. Turned off all "experimental" browser options. Deleted cache. All items I click on do not load. Zip, nothing. I haven't seen this problem in years. Please tell your web team. I suspect the page load stops after the free shipping section load. No individual products show, when I searchhand click a search result, when I click a product on the home page, when I look at a brand and click one of their products, etc. Just.. NO products load at all from any web use case.

Same issue with safari 14.4.2. Website hasn’t worked for weeks. Page loads with header, but no products. Have no issue with any other website, just this one. This has happened several times in the past, and the issue will persist for months. Not sure why they have so much trouble with their site.

Same here. Nothing loads. Been happening for months and I periodically check back but I think I’m done. Off to ULTA!

IM going through this same exact issue and have reported it but no one cares.

Maybe we should all go elsewhere and perhaps they will up their IT game. Seriously this is ridiculous.

I am having this same issue. Has this been passed on/looked into? If this was reported five+ days ago, that is way too long to have your website inoperable on a browser.
