Website/ business flaws

So to address product issues, do I have to put my question here for each and every product and pray someone can answer it among hundreds of product release/ trends/ play box questions. I am not trying to be condescending to others concern. I am upset that question/ answer option has been removed from product page that allowed specific question to be answered and were always there. Now it's a guess/ pray/ search game.Sephora you are making it harder to visit your website and purchase with you all , considering there is no reward incentive anymore( Tuesday / Thursday 20- 50 items or sample sizes in reward bazaar is bu11sh!t),flash shipping takes a week to ten days and no samples. This year I will not shop at your company and look for alternatives. Oh yes, I could easily walk away then ranting here, but how will you know your flaws. And company can always fall down. Have you noticed the stores closing around you. They were once successful companies !!!!
