Website and video problems

I can’t watch any videos on website on my ipad. They just hang forever! I have had so many issues with this website it’s soooo frustrating! I spent 10% of what I spent in prior years because I can’t even shop without a problem or error of some sort. It used to be one of my fav sites. It’s just not the same experience.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend downloading the Sephora app to watch videos and shop on your iPad.
