Website access denied

Hello, everytime I try to acess the sephora website it says: Access Denied. You don't have permission to access "http://www.sephora.com/?" on this server. Reference #18.452d973f.1515741248.1918ce7. I already tried clearing the cache but it still didn't work.

Funny, it’s over 6 years later based on your comment date and I get that same error message constantly when trying to shop on sephora.com. I’m done with Sephora because of it. You’d think after 6 years that Sephora’s tech team would have resolved this issue. It’s also VERY irritating to be prompted to log in over and over again every few minutes when I’ve checked “keep me signed in.” Ridiculous.

I get the same error message all the time too. It's stopped me several times from making purchases. I also seem to have to constantly sign in.
