Website Not Working For Me

I have been trying for multiple days to add an item to my cart that is in stock. Every time I click on "Add to Cart", it doesn't actually add the item and my cart remains empty. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and I have never had any issues using the website in the past, but now over the course of multiple days and multiple tries, I can't make a purchase!

Also, Sephora's Chat function is NEVER operating anymore; or, at least, whenever I try using the site during the business hours that they should be available.
