Website Error- 400 Bad Request

Customer Service?

The website doesn't work.  Every time I try to use it I get this message "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit," or the page doesn't work correctly.  Please help.

Please clear your browsing history (cookies and cache), and attempt using an alternative Internet browser or device. Seriously bad advice.  It has nothing to do with cache.  And when I use Internet Explorer (the browser you recommend using), the pages are slow to load and often graphics/images are missing.  Is anyone working on fixing the website??
