Website Doesn't Work

Hi, This has been happening for the last month for me.  I can barely get the website to work.  Most of the times when I click a link I get a Bad Request message that says "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

It is either that, or the website doesn't fully load.  All I want to do is buy The Ordinary products hahaha but every time I try the website shuts down.  I've been trying since December.  Please help!
